Our Team

Dr Bashar Basmaji (Baz) is an experienced dentist who also holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgeryas well as a Bachelor and Masters degree in commerce. Baz prides himself on his gentle and caring approach, and has a wide interest in restorative, surgical, aesthetic, implant and paediatric dentistry. Baz is a father of two and in his spare time, he enjoys traveling, photography, is a car enthusiast, and enjoys meeting new and interesting people, as well as being an avid Geelong football club and AS Roma supporter.

Dr Gary Rosengarten is an experienced dentist who completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne. He and his wife Maria have been an established presence and is an integral member in the bay side region. Gary prides himself on his focus on restorative dental treatment, with a focus on being honest and caring towards his patients. Gary is a father of two, who enjoys iron man training and coaching, as well as being a passionate Melbourne football club supporter.

Bashar and Gary are supported by a fantastic team of nursing and reception staff – including Marleina Shabo, Intissar Shaba, and Maria Rosengarten. The entire team at Hampton Dental Surgery are committed to providing high quality, stress-free dental care to the Bayside community.
